Chai Israel is a luxury concierge service in Israel that provides comprehensive arrangements for wealthy visitors, covering everything from accommodation and trips to babysitting and fine dining.
The client had an outdated logo and website and sought a complete rebrand to appeal to their high-end clientele and reflect their premium services.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was modernizing the brand and digital presence of Chai Israel. This involved redesigning the logo, creating cohesive branding materials, and developing a website that conveyed the excitement and high-quality experiences Chai Israel offers.
Additionally, following the outbreak of war on October 7th, there was a significant drop in tourism, necessitating a shift in marketing strategy to attract visitors interested in experiencing and contributing to the relief efforts.

Strategy Session

  1. Logo Redesign:
    We created a new logo that symbolized Israel and movement. The design featured the iconic walls of Jerusalem and a bird, representing travel and dynamic service, and used a modern aesthetic.
  2. Brand Materials:
    We developed all brand materials, including business cards with a glossy pattern of the Kotel for added texture and welcome cards for visitors' rooms to enhance the guest experience.
  3. Website Design:
    The new website was designed to be visually stunning and user-friendly, using elements that evoke excitement and the unique experiences Chai Israel offers.
    Features included an interactive map showcasing different activity ideas and detailed service descriptions.
  4. Product Development: We assisted in developing service packages and presenting them in a way that highlights their value and appeal to the target audience.

    In response to the decrease in tourism due to the war, we helped Chai Israel pivot by offering tours
    for those wanting to witness the aftermath and volunteer.
    We launched a targeted WhatsApp campaign, online ads, and a website popup to generate interest and attract visitors.
