AJT - Revitalizing Community EngagementA
JT is a longstanding shul known for its deep-rooted community and spiritual guidance. Over the years, the congregation has aged and decreased in size, prompting a need for new initiatives to rejuvenate the community and attract new members. Rabbi Twerski, a renowned psychiatrist and prolific author, frequently visited the shul due to his connection through his son-in-law, the shul's Rabbi. To honor Rabbi Twerski's legacy and invigorate the community, AJT sought to create a learning center dedicated to his teachings and philosophy.

The Challenge
Opportunity

The primary challenge was to breathe new life into the community by attracting new members and providing valuable, engaging content that would honor Rabbi Twerski's legacy. This required creating a vibrant and appealing learning center that could serve as a hub for education, inspiration, and community activities.

Strategy Session

To achieve these goals, we proposed establishing the AJT Learning Center, named after Avraham J. Twerski. This center would serve as a beacon of Rabbi Twerski's teachings, offering programs and valuable information to continue his legacy. We developed a comprehensive strategy that included branding, digital presence, and community engagement.

What we did:

    Brand and Logo Design:
    Developed a professional brand identity and logo, incorporating a flame symbolizing memory and continuity.

    Website Development:
    - Built an impressive UI/UX for the AJT Learning Center website.
    - Included sections for learning about Rabbi Twerski, a vast archive of his lectures and audio classes, upcoming lecture announcements, and videos of recent lectures.

  • 3.

    Promotional Materials:
    - Designed advertisements announcing lectures.
    - Created email and WhatsApp graphics to promote events and programs.

  • 4.

    Launch Event Materials:
    - Designed all necessary materials for the launch event, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation.

  • Results

    The establishment of the AJT Learning Center successfully honored Rabbi Twerski's legacy while bringing new excitement to the community. The professional branding and engaging digital presence attracted new members and provided existing congregants with valuable educational resources. The comprehensive database of Rabbi Twerski's work and the ongoing lecture series created a vibrant hub for learning and community engagement, ensuring the shul's growth and vitality for years to come.
